Successful companies rely on their alliances to see them through difficult times; they view alliance management as a key competency that provides a distinctive advantage over competitors. Leading companies have used turbulent times to increase their alliance advantage: as employees become more open to change and partners become more focused on generating results.
ProPartnering’s Exploiting Turbulence reveals how alliance leaders have taken major roles in helping shepherd their companies through tough times. Learn from their experiences, build an action plan together with fellow alliance leaders facing similar challenges, and receive follow-up coaching as you implement your plan to:
- Refocus alliances to match shifting business plans. Discover a tool that translates your business strategies into profiles of your ideal partners. Everyone in your company will clearly see how you’ve chosen the right partners and you’re getting the right actions in support of your corporate business plan.
- Drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in your alliance management. Master a simple, but powerful methodology for streamlining alliance management and helping people across your company understand their roles and your team’s roles. Align organizations in effectively getting the greatest results out of your alliances. Put an end to turf battles and forge true collaboration.
- Energize business executives to use and support alliances to achieve key objectives. Business leaders need (and want) their marching orders - the specific actions they have to take to support your alliance program. Learn how to define these actions and then leverage advanced communications and influence techniques to gain sustaining support for your alliances.
